Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and spacious rooms but some concerns about noise from the nearby elevator and the lack of a fridge. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Ecatezina at the front desk. The location was excellent, close to shopping and downtown areas, but a bit noisy near the pool due to its proximity to the busy US41. Dining was good with affordable breakfast options, and the facilities were adequate. However, the value for money may be debatable due to some downsides.
The hotel offers beautifully decorated rooms with a grand and luxurious feel overlooking the water. While my request to change rooms was promptly accommodated, I wished there was a cocktail table alongside the comfy sofa for my laptop. The service was a mix of friendly and accommodating interactions with some staff and more sullen and distracted encounters with others. The cleaning service was pleasant and helpful, especially Ecatezina at the front desk. The location is bustling and convenient, with easy access to Bayfront shoppes, Tin City, and 5th Avenue, though the proximity to a highway and ambulance dispatch can be noisy. The dining experience was enjoyable at the waterfront restaurant and the afternoon cocktails were very good. Overall, a positive stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely appointed but had a bit of a musty smell and were not very clean. Unfortunately, being on the street side made it extremely noisy. On the bright side, the service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff willing to go above and beyond. The location was great, close to shopping and downtown attractions. The dining options were minimal and uninspiring, though the warm dishes were quite good.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with rooms having a very nice view, albeit a bit smaller than expected. The service is efficient but lacked some friendliness. The location is great, close to restaurants and shopping but could get loud due to live music. The dining experience was fine, especially at the waterfront restaurant. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a wonderful first visit at the hotel, with rooms facing the bay and equipped with fridges. The simplicity was charming, yet I felt the rooms could use a bit more decor. The staff, especially Ecatezina at the front desk, was super friendly and kind, always responsive and eager to help. The service was top-notch overall. The location was ideal for exploring Tin City, 3rd Ave, and 5th Ave, with a great view overlooking the bay. However, getting towels required multiple requests, which was a downside. The dining experience, which was included despite the high rate, turned out to be sub-standard, except for the ribs. Facilities seemed adequate, but with minor room for improvement.
The hotel had a very nice view from our King room, although being on the street side made it very noisy. The service was a mix as the concierge was great taking us to the beach, but not so effective in handling our issues. The location was very nice and convenient to explore the nearby attractions like Tin City and 5th Avenue. Sadly, the dining experience was terrible, and the high rate did not match the quality.
